Villa Stella is new, luxurious and comfortable house for 18 people with heatde and coverd pool, whirlpool and sauna, 7 bedroom and wellnes penthouse. From that penthouse is beautiful view on the see and Medulin bay. On the ground floor is spacious living room with furnished kitchen and table for dining. From that part of the house is view on pool and covered terrace and on the place for sunbathing. All rooms which are on the ground floor and on the first floor have its own bathroom. On the second floor is penthouse apartmant wich is 70 m2 with big covered terrace, whirlpool and loungers. From terrace you can see beautifull sea and nature around. Apartmant is furnished with bedroom and bathroom, place for resting and mini kitchen, souna and spare bathroom. Villa Stella is on fenced field which is 700 m2 and that is very nice for people with children and pets. The villa is just a couple seconds walking distance from beach. The location is very quiet and it has no traffic. Its own pool is 45 m2, place for sunbathing, covered terrace wit table for dining, equiptment for barbecue, storeroom for bicycles, parking for 4 cars, free wi-fi, wellness content,all rooms have air conditioned , floor heating… all of that things will make your sta yin Villa Stella unforgettable.
